Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling, Cancellation, Refund, and Lockout Policy: To best serve the needs of our community and staff, we require at least 24 hours of advanced notice for rescheduling or canceling a confirmed appointment. Adjustments to the booking calendar cannot be made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment start time. Please understand that refunds are provided as a courtesy and not a required term of service. When refunds are requested due to cancellation, the client is eligible to receive: -A full refund of payment for requests submitted and received prior to 48 hours of the scheduled appointment start time. -Up to a 50% refund of payment for requests submitted and received within 24 to 48 hours of the scheduled appointment start time. -Up to a 25% refund of payment for requests submitted and received within 12 to 24 hours of the scheduled appointment start time. -A 0% refund of​​​ payment for requests submitted and received within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment start time. In the event, the cleaning specialist is not able to complete the scheduled service due to “lock-out” (e.g., cleaning specialist being turned away, the client fails to provide appropriate access to the service location), if requested, the client may receive a 50% refund and the ability to reschedule the missed appointment. In the event of non-payment for completed service appointments, the client will be invoiced by email. Payment is due within 7 days after invoicing.
